We want you to love every Albórea Aura purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition.
• In their original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt).

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used kitchen or bathroom items.

🔄 Return Process

1. Email us at contact@alboreaaura.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address (UK or international, depending on origin).
3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

💷 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
